We book in 12-hour blocks and in 6-hour morning or evening blocks, so you can hold the whole day or only the part of it you need. A 12-hour block keeps the ceremony, the dinner and the reception in one building, with nobody driving between them. Two table setups and takedowns come with every booking, so the room is arranged for you and changed again during the day at no extra cost.
Reserved time should account for setup and takedown of outside items. Two table setups and takedowns are included; additional layout changes are $200.
