Twelve-hour blocks run from $2,500 for a winter weekday to $4,000 for a peak Friday or Saturday. The room seats up to 200 for dinner, and every rental includes the tables, chairs, lighting, sound, and staff listed below.

The venue
One open room, and the spaces that come with it
Moments on Main is a single building on Historic Main Street. An event books all of it — the open main room and the private rooms attached to it — so the rooms below are parts of one venue, not separate ones to choose between.
The main room
An open-concept room that seats up to 200 for dinner on farmhouse and round tables, with high boy tables for a standing reception. Pre-hung lighting, an onsite sound system, a TV, and WiFi are already in place.
The bridal suite
A private room off the main room, included with every rental. For a corporate booking it works as a green room or a breakout space.
The groom’s lounge
A second private room with its own entrance to the main room, for a quiet meeting or a place to step away from the event.
The prep kitchen and buffet
A prep kitchen for your caterer, plus additional tables for a buffet, sign-in, or gifts, all included with the rental.

The open-concept main room seats up to 200 for dinner on the farmhouse and round tables we provide, with 200 chairs included.
10 farmhouse tables, 10 72" round tables, 200 chairs, high boy tables, additional tables for a buffet, sign-in, or gifts, pre-hung lighting, an onsite sound system, a TV, WiFi, a prep kitchen, a bridal suite and groom's lounge, an onsite event manager and hostess, and cleanup at the end of the evening.
Full-day rentals run 10 AM to 10 PM. Six-hour morning and evening blocks are also available, in either season.
Yes. Two table setups and takedowns are included, so a room set in rows for a presentation can be reset for dinner. Additional layout changes are $200.
